Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AIand machine learning models
- Lead AI projects from conception todeployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams tointegrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Сonduct research on state-of-the-art AItechniques and technologies
- Mentor junior team members and contribute tothe growth of our AI capabilities
- Develop and maintain AI infrastructure anddata pipelines
- Optimize AI models for performance andscalability
- Contribute to the company's AI strategy andvision
- Communicate complex AI concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
Ruirements and Skills
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science,Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/MLdevelopment
- Strong proficiency in Python and experiencewith AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Expertise in developing and deploying machinelearning models, including deep learning architectures
- Experience with natural language processing(NLP) and computer vision
- Solid understanding of data structures,algorithms, and software design principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,or GCP) and their AI/ML services
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g.,Hadoop, Spark)
- Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills
- Strong communication skills in English, bothwritten and verbal
- Ability to work independently and leadprojects in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with reinforcement learning andgenerative AI models
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AIdevelopment
- Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals
- Experience in a consulting or client-facingrole
